From 1 November: fineelik for incoming invoices

From 1 November 2026, eelik d.o.o. launches fineelik, software for incoming invoices. fineelik reads incoming invoices and e-invoices, codes them the way your accounting team does, routes them through approval and prepares payment. Your team stops retyping and simply reviews and approves. From 1 November you will find details, modules and pricing at fineelik.com.

Why fineelik

In accounting, most of the time goes not into decisions but into routine: supplier, number, date and amounts are typed in by hand, the same account is looked up again every month, and approvals get stuck with someone on vacation until the early-payment discount is gone.

Kenan Trgić, founder of eelik, has worked in document management and system integration for more than twelve years, especially with Business Central. fineelik grew out of that experience: a finished product for incoming invoices instead of yet another custom project.

How an invoice moves through fineelik

  1. Intake: by email into your mailbox, by upload, through the interface, or straight from your archive.
  2. Pre-check and read: reminders, delivery notes and duplicate invoices stand out right away. Header, lines and tax are read and recalculated.
  3. Review and code: document and result side by side, with the coding already filled in. You confirm or correct.
  4. Approve: one or several levels, with a substitute while someone is away. Every decision appears in the history.
  5. Hand over and pay: an export for your accountant or tax adviser, a SEPA file for your online banking, or a handover straight to BMD NTCS.

fineelik remembers how you code

Once you confirm a coding, it is already filled in on the next document from that supplier. If an ERP is connected, fineelik also learns from your invoices that are already posted, and for everything else there are AI suggestions.

The AI does not decide for you. What is recognized with certainty moves on; uncertain fields, new suppliers or amounts that do not add up go to a person for review.

Standalone or with your ERP

fineelik also works without an ERP: you maintain suppliers and accounts directly in fineelik or import them via CSV, and finished invoices go to your accounting as an export. If you like, connect fineelik to Business Central or BMD NTCS.

Beyond invoices, fineelik also covers what comes before them: purchasing, where purchase orders are created, approved and matched against delivery note and invoice, and the document dossier with invoice, delivery notes and order confirmation in one case file.

Data and security

  • Your own instance: your own database and storage, on servers in Nuremberg (Germany).
  • AI from the EU: documents are read by Mistral AI, with an endpoint in the EU.
  • Sign in with Microsoft, with a mandatory second factor for everyone who pays or assigns permissions.
  • A history nobody can rewrite: every change stays on record.
  • Your data stays yours: you can export all of it at any time.

How you get started

  1. Demo: online, about 45 minutes, ideally with a few of your own invoices.
  2. Quote: a fixed price for your users, modules and documents, with setup listed as its own item.
  3. Setup: we set up your instance, take over suppliers and accounts, and connect your ERP if you like, together with your IT.
  4. Go live: you review the first invoices yourself, and fineelik learns with every confirmation.

Anyone who only approves or reads costs nothing extra, and after three months you can cancel monthly. Demos and support are available in German, Bosnian and English.

fineelik and eelik's services

fineelik complements what eelik continues to offer: document management, system integrations and AI document processing. If your invoices end up in an archive or ERP today, fineelik is the natural next step.

Frequently asked questions

What is fineelik?

fineelik is the incoming invoice software of eelik d.o.o. from Cazin, Bosnia and Herzegovina. It reads invoices and e-invoices, codes them the way your accounting team does, routes them through approval and prepares payment.

When is fineelik available?

From 1 November 2026. You can request a demo with your own invoices right now.

Do we need an ERP for it?

No. You maintain suppliers and accounts directly in fineelik or import them via CSV, and finished invoices go to your accountant or tax adviser as an export. Business Central and BMD NTCS can be connected at any time.

Where is our data stored?

In your own instance, on servers in Nuremberg, Germany. The AI reads your documents via Mistral AI, with an endpoint in the EU.

What happens when the AI is unsure?

Then a person takes a look. If an amount does not add up or the supplier is new, the document goes to review. What is recognized with certainty moves on without stopping.

Can we try fineelik first?

The quickest way is a demo with your own invoices. A 14-day self-service trial is coming soon.
